Who Funds Coastal Rick Management?

The Government provides the majority of funding for flood and coastal erosion risk management in England. 

in addition, many local authorities and the Environment Agency carry out operational maintenance work using monies from their own raised budgets (e.g. licensing, council tax, car parks revenues etc).
